I'm really looking forward to this challenge. My overall goal is improved physical fitness that I can sustain over the long term, but my more immediate measurable goal is to lose 10 lbs. Two years ago I lost 25 lbs by largely following this model, however, over the last 6 months 10 of those pounds have come back. (By and large due to increased portion sizes and late night snacking.) I am hoping that this challenge will get be back on track.
Thanks for posting Brett!!! Yes, there's something that happens when you simply put your mind to it and reestablish your relationship with food and establish some new habits.
