  2. I'm really looking forward to this challenge. My overall goal is improved physical fitness that I can sustain over the long term, but my more immediate measurable goal is to lose 10 lbs. Two years ago I lost 25 lbs by largely following this model, however, over the last 6 months 10 of those pounds have come back. (By and large due to increased portion sizes and late night snacking.) I am hoping that this challenge will get be back on track.
